Who can join goTenna Pro Resilience Network?

Any nonprofit, research, humanitarian, or volunteer organization that can demonstrate tax-exempt status and a need for off-grid communications are all welcome to apply for goTenna Pro Resilience Network membership.

What discounts are available to goTenna Pro Resilience Network members?

goTenna Pro Resilience Network members are able to receive up to 30% in hardware and software discounts, as well as access to free technical support and resources.

How do I apply to the goTenna Pro Resilience Network?

Please complete the application form below and a member of the goTenna Pro team will reach out to confirm application information and provide a discounted product quote.

Will I need to provide any documentation to verify my organization’s nonprofit or educational status?

Yes. We ask for some form of legal registration or accreditation documentation in order to verify your membership. For nonprofit and volunteer organizations, we require a determination letter from the IRS showing your 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in the US, or your country’s equivalent. For research and educational organizations, we ask for an educational status certification verifying your not-for-profit and/or accreditation status.

We aren't a registered nonprofit or educational organization just yet. Can we still qualify?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We ask for some form of legal registration or accreditation documentation in order for organizations to qualify.

I’m not familiar with mesh networking technology. How will you help us get up to speed?

Every member of the goTenna Pro Resilience Network receives a product onboarding and training course, where they will learn the basics of mesh networking and how goTenna Pro’s unique solutions fit into their customer’s existing communications ecosystem. goTenna Pro Resilience Network members are also welcome to take advantage of our free technical support via phone or email.
